We take the EDI documents you trade with your retailers and insert them into a database, apply rules and alerts (To measure exceptions). Once this is done you can see errors before and prevent them from reaching the charge back stage or just work to improve your internal systems. We provide you with exception-based visibility from a dashboard level with drill down and drill through to the orginal X.12 documents that you trade with Retail customers - which is critical when trying to get to the root cause of errors regardless of whether they are mapping or process management errors. No technical requirements are put on your internal resource to make this happen. All we need is your EDI documents sent to us via AS2 or FTP. If you can do that there is no cost for transactions - regardless of volume. If we must receive the data from your VAN then there is only a $0.10/KB fee.
