Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 19, 2026
This policy explains how Retail EDI handles information on retailedi.com and how information may be handled when you choose to sign in, register, contact us, or open an application or developer resource provided through Atlasemoji.
Information collected on Retail EDI
Retail EDI may receive information you submit through contact, registration, partner, or account-related flows, together with ordinary technical information needed to operate and secure the site such as browser, device, network, request, security, and diagnostic data.
Sign-in and registration
Retail EDI may offer sign-in through LinkedIn and may direct new users to the existing Atlasemoji account registration flow. Authentication and application access can therefore involve Atlasemoji and the identity provider you choose. The information available from an identity provider depends on that provider, the permissions requested, and the choices you make there.
Atlasemoji applications and services
Retail EDI links to Atlasemoji applications, APIs, documentation, and developer resources. When you leave retailedi.com or use an Atlasemoji account or application, the Atlasemoji privacy terms applicable to that service also apply. Retail EDI does not create a duplicate copy of those application functions or their operational data merely to present them under the Retail EDI brand.
How information may be used
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Retail EDI site and account entry points.
- Respond to questions, partner inquiries, project requests, and support needs.
- Authenticate users and establish appropriate account or application access.
- Prevent abuse, investigate failures, and protect users, services, and infrastructure.
- Send product, project, community, or partner updates when you have requested or agreed to receive them, subject to applicable law and available preferences.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, authentication, communications, analytics, security, and application service providers when needed to operate the service. Retail EDI may also share information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganization. Retail EDI does not sell personal information as a data-broker business.
External links
Retail EDI intentionally links to Atlasemoji and may link to other external resources. A linked site can have its own privacy practices. Review the policy that applies to the destination when you leave retailedi.com.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, for account or project administration, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and legitimate operational needs. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also unsubscribe from optional communications using the method provided in the message or by contacting us.
Children
Retail EDI is intended for business, professional, educational, and technical audiences and is not designed as a service directed to young children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site, account flows, integrations, or legal requirements change. The updated date on this page indicates the current posted version.

For privacy questions or requests, use the Retail EDI contact path or the linked Atlasemoji contact route used to administer the service.
