Terms of Use
Last updated: August 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of retailedi.com and the public Retail EDI information, community, partner, navigation, and account-entry services presented through the site. Separate terms may apply when you open or use an Atlasemoji application, API, account, developer service, trial, or other external service.
Using Retail EDI
You may use the public site for lawful business, professional, educational, evaluation, and technical purposes. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload systems in an abusive manner, or use the service to violate the rights of others.
Accounts and application access
Some links and actions may require sign-in or registration. Retail EDI may use LinkedIn for sign-in and the existing Atlasemoji registration and session system for account access. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for protecting access to your credentials and devices. Access to a particular application, tenant, workspace, API, connector, or operation may require additional authorization.
Application services
Retail EDI provides public branding, navigation, content, learning resources, and discovery. Atlasemoji applications and APIs remain separate application services. A description or link on Retail EDI does not guarantee that every feature, connector, integration, trial, or operation is generally available, production-ready, or enabled for every account.
Connectors and third-party systems
References to third-party products, standards, protocols, services, connectors, or brands describe interoperability work, testing, integration possibilities, or supported project paths unless expressly stated otherwise. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, availability, permissions, pricing, and technical behavior.
Content and intellectual property
Retail EDI content, branding, original documentation, site design, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, standards, trademarks, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may link to public pages and use reasonable excerpts with attribution, but you may not misrepresent ownership, affiliation, endorsement, or source.
Feedback and project discussions
If you provide general suggestions or feedback about the public site or services, you allow us to use that feedback to improve the offering without an obligation to compensate you. Confidential project information, customer data, or proprietary implementation material should only be shared through an agreed channel appropriate for that work.
Information and availability
We work to keep public information useful and current, but integrations, APIs, applications, standards, connectors, and third-party services change. Public material may be updated, corrected, reorganized, suspended, or removed. Technical descriptions should be verified against the maintained application or developer documentation before production implementation.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the public Retail EDI site and informational materials are provided on an “as is†and “as available†basis without warranties that every page, link, integration, or service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Retail EDI and the operators of the site are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the public information site. Any separate agreement governing paid services, projects, APIs, accounts, or Atlasemoji applications controls where it conflicts with these public-site terms.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the site, services, account model, integrations, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the public site after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Retail EDI contact path.
